Need a help on some French expression Hello, Can somebody help me translate this sentence into French? ----------------------------------- As much as we wanna introduce you along with the team name you said, but I'm afraid Japanese people can't pronounce it correctly. Could we introduce you as "__________" instead? ----------------------------------- I'm in touch with this French dance team but their dance team is impossible to write/pronounce in Japanese. So I'd like to ask them if they can make it more simple, in as nice way as possible. I'm struggling with "As long as..." part. Thank you in advance!

On veux présenter le nom de ton équipe, mais les japonais ne peuvent pas le prononcer.

Est-ce qu'on peux leur présenter ____ au lieu de ça?

Ah ... if they are only 2 then "duo" is also good in French :-)! "As much as ..." could be translated here with "Même si nous souhaiterions ..." but in the suggested translation, I used a more direct way to express the idea.

“Nous souhaiterions vous présenter sous le nom de votre équipe, mais je crains que les Japonais aient de la difficulté à le prononcer correctement. Pourriez-vous le remplacer par un nom plus facile”.

Oops, I meant "As much as " not " As long as". But I guess you don't have this expression in french and it's simply just "I would love to". And as for the word "team", it's specifically a dance duo and they're Hip Hop dancers. Would you still think "compagnie" is more suitable?

In French in the context of "dance", we used rather "troupe" or "compagnie" than team / équipe. Then the sentence should be adjusted depending on how casual or formal you want to be. Just mentioning that because I avoided using casual language but in English you used "wanna" which is casual. Also, I was a bit lost with your request because I did not see any "as long as ..." in the original sentence in English.
