Le plus important, C'est d'avoir confiance en soi/soi-même.Comment : I don't understand what you are trying to say here. Do you mean that someone has to keep eye contact during the interview? That could be "Il faut regarder votre interlocuteur dans les yeux pendant l'interview/l'entretien "
