Is this grammatically ok and natural to be used as school principal? ‘Establish a school with commitment.’ By saying ‘a school with commitment’, I mean teachers all work hard and they not only teach knowledge to students, but also care about their feelings and thoughts. Thanks.

Yes, "Establish a school with commitment" sounds natural. If you want to emphasize that teachers care about students' feelings and thoughts, you can also say "Establish a school with a commitment to and care for students." If you want to sound even more formal, you can also say "Establish a school marked by commitment and care." Any of these would work.
