Please correct my English composition. When I was working, I could buy many goods whatever I wanted. But I became a pensioner, I am buying the necessities and few inexpensive goods. I feel happier than before. Because I became to cherish my things. It let mr feel true wealth.

When I was working, I could buy many things—anything I wanted really, but now that I am a pensioner I can only afford to buy the necessities and other, inexpensive goods. I feel happier than before, because I started to cherish the things I have. It allows me to feel true wealth.
