I was scheduled for a lesson @ 3:45 today. I was there but the teacher was not. I was charged for the lesson. However, I have cash in my Wallet. I was charged for the lesson that I DIDN'T HAVE! and the lesson was gratis and I should not have been charged at all. I want to reschedule my lesson. I want my $5.00 back.

Go to the italki website. Look at the information pages about booking and canceling lessons. It describes how to report a lesson that didn't occur at the schedule time and how refunds are handled.
