On the way to the university, almost to get there, there's an abandoned theater. My mom used to say that it was one of the most popular and crowed theater of the city. I don't really know what happened for that to stop the performances. Every time I see its decayed front I figure how it looks like inside currently. It must be fill of dust, broken glasses and torn curtains, moldy seating charts and an odd feeling of loneliness, but if you dig in you could feel like if someone is staring at you hidden from the shadows.

Your last sentence was confusing, so I removed it.

On the way to the university—just before the entrance—lies an abandoned theater. My mom says it was once among the most popular theaters in the city. I don't really know why it closed. Each time I walk past its decaying facade, I wonder what it looks like inside. It must be full of dust and broken glass. I bet the curtains are torn and the seats are moldy. It is surely a lonely and empty place, but perhaps if you use your imagination, you can still see the actors performing through the shadows, and hear the applause of the audience echo through the empty silence.
