I am not good at English grammar,so when I say something in English I always afraid of my grammatical mistakes.
I try too read some books about English grammar,but I think they are all very complex and hard to learn by heart.

Try learning whole phrases without worrying about the grammar.  Look for good examples of English and copy them.  You can study the grammar later, after you have memorised useful key phrases.

If you study the grammar too closely, you end up analysing the language instead of actually using it.
