what does 연락하라능 mean? I know that 연락 means "contact" so does it mean "please contact me" or something?? thanks in advance ^^

that's right. 연락하라능 means please contact me. it's korean slang so that's not in dictionary. 연락해 is useing between friends. 연락주세요 is more polite expression.
