①I take care of you - (action) taking care of someone literary. Ex: "I always take care of you when you are sick! I cook warm soup for you every time"
②I care about you. - (feeling) in this case it means you have feelings for the other person and you are not indifferent towards him/her.
③I care for you. (action/feeling) - this one I would say could be both "taking care of someone" or "have feelings for someone". You can even use this in a sentence like this:
"I don't care for this soup" - which means you are indifferent and don't like the soup much.
"I care for my aging parents" - you provide for them and take care of them.

They don't mean a lot out of context. Apart from that, a dictionary can help you with single words like these.
①I take care of you. 世話をする
②I care about you. 気にする
③I care for you. 面倒をみる

The differences are very subtle. "I take care of you" - This could be said by a mum or dad, or a girlfriend/boyfriend. It says "I provide for you and try to make you happy".
"I care about you" - this is a bit more romantic, and probably would be said by a girlfriend or boyfriend.
"I care for you" - this sounds more like a mother caring for a child, or an adult caring for an elderly parent. I would be surprised to hear anyone say "I care for you". More common would be "I care for my grandma" or "I care for my child"
