I mail a lot of letters, but one system of writing an address bewilders me, and it's Russia's. Can someone please tell me how to read a Russian street address?

2.the title of region in possesative case(if adress is not region centre)
3.the title of the subordinate centre in possesative case (if adress is not in that centre)
4.The title of a village ( if adress is in a village)
5. The title of a street in genetive case.
6.The number of a house (with letter if it has)
7.The number of a flat
8.the name of receiver in dative case
