formal.... 잠깐만 기다려 주세요. 잠시만 기다려 주세요.
informal.....잠깐만요. 잠깐만. 잠시만. 잠깐만 기다려. 잠시만 기다려.

잠깐 만요.  It means wait for a moment..
This is the polite way.

I think there is a formal way of saying it.... 
When saying it the informal way, usually you don't use sentence endings on it...
