Using -minded is a good way to make a noun into an adjective for use with a person... (mind relating to one's mind, way of thinking, etc) She is collaboration-minded She is free market minded. Using -oriented works well, too, I think. This is an awesome example of where "correct" grammar rules become less relevant and grammaticality (an intuitive sense of what's right) takes over ... saying "She is a free market minded person" could be marked WRONG on an essay but it is actually 110% valid and correct in ORAL COMMUNICATION. Idiomatic expressions are actually characteristic of fluent creative native speaker vocabulary, which gets you higher scores on TOEFL, IELTS, etc.
