Could you please tell me?
Which one is correct : I have no car OR I have no cars

Correct:
I have no car.
Though it's more usual to say:
I do not have a car.
I don't have a car.
... ... ...
I wonder if there is some confusion resulting from knowing that subject nouns are plural in the present simple when talking about things that are generally true.
For example:
Cars are expensive.
... ... ...
The other sentence is possible, in a different context.
For example, two children are playing and talking...
Boy: I don't like these dolls. Where are your toy cars?
Girl: I have no cars. / I don't have cars.
... ... ...
If you REALLY want to get into nuances, the form you used to negate is a dramatic style.
For example:
I have no friends!
...is more sad / dramatic than "I don't have friends."
or
I have no hope!
...is more sad / dramatic that "I don't have hope."
This is getting into where language becomes literature (expressing creative personal meanings) and so this is my personal / subjective but "edukated" take on this :-)

I would say... I don't have a car. or I don't have any cars. You can say... I have no car or I have no cars. They are both correct depending on if you are referring to one or more than one. I think it soujnds better to say.. I don't have.. rather than ... I have no...

Hi, Bulent!
I think you put the wrong question.
I would have said so.
On what car I drive?
Answer. You drive a luxury car!

Автомашина, машина, авто, колеса, колесо, тачка, железка, железо, автомобильчик, чемодан, шины, железный конь, жестянка, мотор, фургон, кабриолет ...
Я надеюсь на "лучший ответ". Güle güle!

It all depends. If you want to say you have no cars of any kind you would us the plural version; “No cars”, However, if you are trying to say that you do not have “a” car you would say “no car” (singular).
