Hasana kisi kisi ko ata hai
Rula ke jo mana le wo sacha yaar hai
Aur jo rula ke khud bhi ansu bahaye
Woh apka sacha pyar hai

everybody can make someone cry;
only some peoples can make someone laugh,
(hey dear there is a word mistake in last two lines plz see it again othere wise it meaning will be different bcause its line about love...)

everyone has ability to make someone cry, few have ability to make someone laugh, after making someone cry who makes up, he is true friend. And after making someone cry who himself cries, he is ur true love.
