watching English movie and TV plays without subtitles.

If you want to learn a foreign language, then you should watch English TV and listen to English music. Because you don't live in an English-speaking country, you should look for a foreigner who speaks English. I know there are lots of foreigners in Taipei who are studying Chinese. :)
