Hi I'm doing some Icelandic exercises on how to answer about what time it is. The question box shows the time is 17:22:52 and I need to type Icelandic in the answer box but I couldn't get it right no matter how hard I try. I only know mínútur but don't really know how to say hours and seconds, and I don't have a correct answer to refer to. So I really need your help. Can anybody help me on this? Thank you so much!
P.S. Is there a fixed expression on this?

minutes - mínútur (minute -mínúta)
hours - klukkutímar (hour - klukkutími)
past - yfir 
to - í

22 minutes and 52 seconds past 17 - tuttugu og tvær mínútur og fimmtíu og tvær sekúndur yfir sautján
