Explanations to the words " discount" and " disregard" I know their meanings and i find they both have a meaning of " ignore" , are there any small differences between this two words? Thank you:)

To me - discount is more 'disbelieve or distrust' whereas disregard is 'believe, but ignore anyway'. So - I would discount the opinions of religious zealots, but disregard the safety warnings on a tool.

From LDOCE Online: Disregard: To ignore something or treat it as unimportant. Discount: to regard something as unlikely to be true or important.
