What does 'collection' mean when it relates to clothes?
What does 'collection' mean when it relates to clothes, bags etc? Can anybody give some sample sentences? Thanks.When I look up 'colletion' in the dictionary, there is a meaning 'the clothes designed by a fashion company for a particular season', I didn't quit understand, it is better to have some sample sentences.

A group of clothes made by a certain person or company. Example: Chanel's new spring collection. The clothes are usually made for a certain season or look similar.

I'm quite unsure what you are getting at - collection and clothes? Do you mean a used clothing collection point? A place, a collection bin, where you deposit unwanted clothing or materials? Collection is not something I normally associate with clothing. By bags do you mean handbags, or the flexible material container with an open top?
