First, don't say "I want to meet a foreign girl" that saying that will not get you a foreign girl. Second, what kind of things are you interested in when you meet a woman (other than the fact that she should be from a different country than your own)?, third, if you met that woman tomorrow, why would she be interested in you? What qualities do you have that would make her feel attracted to you? Fourth, show interest in women for their qualities as a human being, not a nationality.
