For example is there a difference between a 粗鲁的人 and a 无礼的人？ Does one behave worse than the other maybe?

A person can be described as both 粗鲁 and 无礼. 粗魯 is a word describing more of a person's physical behavior. ㄧ個粗魯的人 is considered as lacking cultural refinement and is acting in an uncivilized manner. Here 礼 represents a set of social behavior that educated people in general adhere to be considered as polite. A person who is 无礼 is said to be either unaware of or simply disregard such social etiquette.
