은 OR 이?
Why sometimes there're 이 and 은 in a same sentence structure and meaning like:
-이분은 수용 입니다.
-이분이 수용 입니다.

이분은 수용 입니다
it's something like: regarding this person, is suyong (apropos this person...)
in fact, 은/는 is TOPIC marker
-이분이 수용 입니다.
here is: This person is Suyong
Where subject is clear THIS person
Uhm, let's try to translate another sentence:
"In our city there isn't that university"
What is the subject? And what we are referring to? Think. No, you don't need to think.
The subject is clearly 'that university'...and the TOPIC is 'in our city'...something ABOUT our city, REGARDING our city...got it?
So, if you want to translate it in korean , we can do so:
In our city = 우리 도시에는
that university = 그 대학교가
there isn't = 없어요.
우리 도시에는 그 대학교가 없어요 <--- it can changes depending on the speech level
