"cuando te vea ya nos hablamos", in theory this is not the reflexive pronoun, this is actually the direct object pronoun used with present subjunctive. me te le nos (os) Spain les lavarse / afeitarse / levantarse, etc are reflexive

That is called "reciprocal", it is a form of reflexive that indicates that an action perform by two parties falls on the other party reciprocally. Examples of this are: Nos encontramos y nos abrazamos fuertemente. We met (each other) and we hugged (each other) strongly Por más que tratamos, no nos pudimos entender. No matter how much we tried, we did not get to understand each other. I hope this helps you.

Cuando te vea significa cuando te vuelva a encontrar

the verb "ver" ( when it's used iinto that kind of sentneces) means the same than the verb "see" in english. For example: * "See" you later --------> you mean that you will meet another person later So, in spanish it's the same, that sentence yopu wrote means that the next time your friend see you, you guys will talk about "X" topic. So...Maybe you could think about the verb "ver" (in this case) as a synonymous of "meet" I hope I'd helped you!! good luck with your study! ^^
