“Swag” is an internet slang term often found in comments and discussion forums and is used as a synonym for “swagger,” a type of style or presence that exudes confidence and is sometimes interpreted as arrogance.
As Amil said though, it is also slang for stolen goods - or merchandise that has been given away for free.

Well in Britain it is a slang term for stolen goods. Not sure what it means in the rest of the english speaking world.

Swag has a variety of meaning.
Amul indicated that is slang for stolen goods in Britain, likewise in Australia.
It can also mean a collection of things that you have. So you could hear "get your swag and let's go" when a group of persons are leaving to go somewhere. During the Great Depression in the 1930's, unemployed people looking for work travelled from place to place with their belongings with them. In Australia, they were referred to as swaggies. There is an item of camping gear that you sleep in, it is like a large sleeping bag, with a waterproof outer lining, quite heavy compared to a normal sleeping bag, that is called a swag.
A swag can also be a collection of cannabis leaves that a drug taker has.
So context is important.
And just a correction of your post.
You had "what means "SWAG"? I see always in 9gag." which is perfectly understandable to mean, but for English correctness, you should have written "what does "SWAG" mean ? I see it always in 9gag." (and since I don't know what 9gag is, I will leave that construction alone. But if 9gag was a person, you would write "from", if 9gag was a website, you would choose "on". If 9gag is a magazine , "in" is appropriate.
