Is “Proud of being a women" a good title of a passage? “Proud of being a women” does it make sense?

Either one sounds good, be sure you use 'woman' singular though. Proud of being a woman or Proud to be a woman

It makes sense or you can say it as Cathy noted, either way sounds fine to me.

I think..."proud to be a woman" would sound better.
