Do 'to chat to' & 'to chat with' imply the same thing ?
1) I'm looking for some cool people to chat to.
2) I'm looking for some cool people to chat with.

I think it's hard to answer this question. But they are the same meaning... but
according to me: Chat to some mean You like them a little and Chat with some one mean you really looking for talking to them. ... aren't you ?
