I agree with all these answers but would like to add a few examples from the book. 1. Men won't stop to ask for directions if they're driving in the car as they've been brought up to believe that it is their job to fix things. 2. Women go shopping as a bonding exercise, men only shop for specific things that are needed. 3. Women will talk about about a problem amongst their girfriends but won't expect a quick solution, but men will try to solve the problem immediately. 4. Women use the phone as a social necessity, men use it to make or confirm plans.

That's the tittle of a book and it basically talks about the relationships between couples and how to improve them It says that even though men an women are so different (in the way they're, how they express love, how they behave during a relationship, etc.)to the point that they appear to be from different planets, they could also be ideal lovers like the Greek gods Ares(Mars) and Aphrodite(Venus) were in mythology.

no, I'm sorry. I totally disagree. I think that book expresses some of the common prejudices of some societies. Actually, not ALL men are like that, and not ALL women act like that. It's a mistake to give such generalizations. In my case (and the case of many of my male/female friends) the book is totally inaccurate. I hate that class of books. Sorry

it's a title of a book discusses relations between men and women i think the writer choosed this name as an approach to say that if we want to fully understand our partners we have to know they r different from us. it's a very good book actually u just have to know how to concentrate on what is important on the book and the writer point of view
