What is tmall? Pre-sale customer service experience in a store, selling household appliances. This is OK and correct except I removed the s from experience, experiences is OK but indicates you had many different experiences instead of just stating you have experience, one type, that of customer service. . Pre-sale customer service experience in a household appliance store. This is probably a better sentence as it says the same thing but is more concise.
