The literal meaning of 回神 is to regain / recover consciousness. People use this word when they get shocked or surprised, it needs time to come back to reality :) So 可以回神 means I can make myself back to realitiy. Hope it would be helpful >_<

可以回神mean is 可以不去考虑＝不必去想in English is forget it。

I personally never have said "回神", I only have heard of "回过神来了", which has the same meaning as Cathy Kim explained I think.
