Answer

I use passwords when I log on to a website and I am careful which websites I enter. I also use an antivirus to protect my computer. I never tell anyone what my password is and I never give any personal information to anyone that I don't know.

Es muy importante que tienes una contraseña muy rara.  Un método es para escoger una frase de la biblia o una canción que te encanta y puedes recordarlo.  Solo usas el primera letra de la frase.  La agregas con un signo de puntuación y un número de dos o tres dígitos.
