Watching sitcoms might be your best bet. There is a lot of spoken English and the language is not too difficult. Also, because episodes are shorter than films you can focus more easily on them and really get the most out of them. Laugh tracks on sitcoms can also give you helpful cues for how the comedy and language helps.
I'd recommend Seinfeld, Friends and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Animated shows are not as good because you need to also learn to recognise realistic English lip movements.
