Listen to music and watch videos in English, preferably with accents you understand. (Canadians speak very clearly and are easy to understand.) Then watch films without subtitles, so that reading doesn't distract your attention. You can use English subtitles the second time, so that you understand what you may have missed earlier.

Well from my experience you can first listen to english teachers on YouTube because they in general speak slower and avoid using idioms that native speakers use ????
