About the chinese characters strokes
HI, i know there is some basic strokes and each one have an order.
but someone tell me that knowing the strokes its important to determine the meaning of a character (or at least get a clue of its meaning).
So, how can i know wich stroke correspond to each final and initial of chinese alphabet(just to give it some name, i know there is no such thing as chinese alphabet,, or im wrong???)

um...i think the word you are looking for it's called "Radical(部首)"
you can find the simple explanation on Wikipedia (English ver. or Chinese ver.)
It's not about the order.
They just have different meanings by themselves.
e.g. "明"天(tomorrow)=日(sun)+月(moon)
since simplified Chinese characters are simplified, some of them are no longer fits it's meaning.
like if you compare the traditional character Love 愛 to simplified 爱.
you'll find that the 心(heart) is missing from the picture.
so sometimes we say people in china don't use their heart to love now.(just joking^_^)

As for finals beginning with "i" without initials: 1If there is no other vowel, just add "y" to the beginning,If there is another vowel or other vowels, remove "i" and add "y" to the beginning.
