What is the right one?
1-Si tu quieres,yo puedo enseñarte Italiano,mi idioma y podemos hablar de todo lo que ES interesante;
2-Si tu quieres,yo puedo enseñarte Italiano,mi idioma y podemos hablar de todo lo que SEA interesante?

La segunda, pero sonaría más naturar " podríamos hablar de cualquier cosa interesante"

La verdad ambos tiene un pequeño error gramatical, pero la primera suena mejor.
Si corriges la frase, podria quedar asi:
"Si quieres yo puedo enseñarte Italiano, es mi lengua materna, y podemos platicar muchas cosas interesantes" (ojo: trate de mantener el objetivo de tu frase, espero y te sirva).
