I'm a website developer, and since I ll get a open work visa soon, I would like to know more about the job seeking way and the normal process about that, and also, is there any suggestions can give it to me? :)

Ruby, the best way is to complete your profile on LinkedIn, make sure you have an uptodate CV, and a good portfolio website.

After you've done this, you need to make a list of the companies you want to work for in the city you're going to live in, and then send them an introduction email. Be specific that you will call them as well. You must be proactive.
