I went to bed too late
last night, I went to bed too late to wake up early this morning.
last night, I went to bed so late that i couldn't wake up early this morning.
Do these two sentences make sense?
Can anybody make it correct if it doesn't make sense?
Also, Can anybody make the following sentence correct?
You can see me get embarassed trying to coming up with what to say

Your first two sentences are both fine.
For the final sentence I would write:
You can see me getting embarrassed trying to come up with something to say.

Yes, they both sound fine. And for your other sentence, I would just change "what" to "something" - "You can see me get embarrassed trying to coming up with something to say." :)
