Is 'Ginger' a girl name? Why I saw somebody called 'ginger boy'?
I saw Ginger Rogers is a female. So what is ginger boy? Is any relationship between them?

"Ginger" can also refer to the colour of a person's hair, ie. red hair. So a ginger boy would be a boy with red hair.
"Ginger Rogers" is not the actress' original name - her first name was Virginia, so "Ginger" became her nickname (then her stage name).
