what is the meaning of pose ?
I heard this sensated you can smile and pose all you want. I don't know what is pose meaning ? cloud you help me please ?

sensated should be "sentence" I think
cloud should be "could"
But to answer your question "pose" is like the way someone stands for a picture. Similar to a model's stance. A Model must "pose" for the camera.
