How to use "jetzt"? Which is the correct position?
for example: Ich lerne jetzt Deutsch.
or: Ich lerne Deutsch jetzt; Jetzt Ich lerne Deutsch.
any rules for this? Are all of them correct?

The first sentence "Ich lerne jetzt Deutsch" is correct.
Jetzt is used together with a word but doens't have to be behind the verb
for example "Jetzt lerne ich Deutsch" would be correct as well
Jetzt can also be used as a simple response
for example if someone asks "Hast du Zeit?" (you've got time) and you ask "wann?" (when) he could simply response "Jetzt"
Hope you understand it and it helped somehow.

Hi!
I would say that the first two are correct. It depends what you want to say. The differences of the meaning are subtle, but there are differences. I dont know any rules for using "jetzt" though.
I would say that the root of your question is connected to a difficult problem. Maybe you should know that many Germans whose English is not very good tend to use the ing-form too often. It is hard to say whether you would need a word like "jetzt" to be translated or whether using the ing-form is enough. I am not an expert, but I would say that "jetzt" indicates the use of the ing-form (Gerund). Maybe that helps.
1) "Ich lerne jetzt Deutsch."
-> This is correct. "I am currently learning German." At the very moment of saying this, you are learning German. You could be sitting at you desk and someone just called you.
2) "Ich lerne Deutsch jetzt"
-> It is only correct if you chage the punctuation. Although you would use this kind of grammar only for spoken German. "Ich lerne Deutsch. Jetzt." Depending on how you say it, it has different connotations. "Jetzt." (calmly spoken) would just clarify that you currently learn German. "Jetzt!" (sharply spoken) could indicate that you want to be left alone to be able to learn German.
3) "Jetzt ich lerne Deutsch."
-> This one is wrong.
