Muslimoon is a sound plural in the marfoo' state Muslimeen is a sound plural in the majroor or mansoob state

We use (moslemoon ) when it comes as a subject , but we use moslmeen when it comes like this sentence لقد رأيت العديد من المسلمين So, it's all about the grammar rules .
