Hello,
胡 不归? meaning "why not go home?" is, first of all, the right meaning? secondly, may be considered as archaic language or may be used also nowdays?

It is the ancient Chinese,we call it 文言文 ,which is not used nowadays, actually most of the chinese cannot understand the ancient language, they forget their culture
