Portuguese e-dictionary & language learning software not display correctly
Hello,everyone!Recently I have downloaded some Portuguese e-dictionaries and Portuguese learning software.But they don't display Portuguese accent,but display "? "or some tradition Chinese character。I searched in Google,but I have't found ways to solve the problem.Who can help me? Thanks.

Ps:I have installed Delta Translator 3.0 and Learn Portuguese Now! 10. Where the Portuguese accent should appear ,they display incorrectly.
The operating system I use is Windows XP Sp2(simplified Chinese Version).

Go to the Windows Control Panel, and add Latin options in Language and regional settings
