How do I say, "Tomorrow will be Saturday?"
If I'm saying, "Tomorrow will be Saturday," do I write 내일 토요일 일 거예요 or 내일 토요일 거예요?

In this case, we don't need to use 'future tense' but 'present tense'.
So, 내일은 토요일입니다. 내일(은) 토요일이야 is okay :)

Will means ~ 일 것이다. So, 내일은 토요일일 것이예요.
When you use , is,(~ 이다), it will say  내일은 토요일이다.( or 토요일이예요 or 토요일입니다)
