Does it make sense ?Home yet?
She is our English teacher, everytime she wanted to make sure us already arrived home after class, she sent this .
I always asked others, have you arrived home or are you home? I think home yet is more easier if it is correct .
How do you ask people in this case?Home yet is correct or not?
Thanks.

you could say a few things:
Hey, are you home yet?
Are you home yet?
Are you home?
if you wanted to do sort of short hand/ "text talk" -> Home yet? or You home yet?
The last two are technically not standard English, but I've seen plenty of native English speakers use this in text messages.

Home yet ? Is an English shorthand sentence for the question " Are you home yet ? " Sometimes shortened phrases become " standard terminology " even though its grammatically incorrect. It is used quite often in speech and texting, but not in formal writings. When you say it to someone you sound the end of the statement with the intonation of a question.
