How do learn to pronounce Latin terms?
I've got tons of latin words in my medical textbook. Until now I watched YouTube lectures and searched dictionaries to find how to pronounciate them. Any better suggestions?

Take a look at the Italian Phonetic Alphabet or the Italian Pronounce. The Ecclesiastical Pronunciation used in Vatican is almost the same.
