What different between those sentences?
I have my own
I had my own
I did my own
I do my own
I have learning English for a while, but some times I don't get the tense in sentence...
In the other hand, how to says the word in exhibition? Like "I wanna exhibit/show/do my XXX in exhibition."

The difference is they are all different verb tenses. You should know all six verb tenses, when they are required, and what they mean.
- I have my own (present perfect)
- I had my own (past perfect)
- I did my own (past)
- I do my own (present)
Never use "wanna". That is not a proper English word. Use "want to" instead.
=> I want to put my XXX on exhibition.

Have- present/possession
Had- past/possession
For example, I have a pet currently vs. I had a pet in the past
Do- action/present
Did- action/past
For example, what do you DO in your free time?
Also, sometimes is one word. I hope I helped!
