Is this correct grammatically ? A monument dedicated to the Liberators of Nis is situated at King Milan Square, in the center of Nis. The monument was presented to the public on 28 June 1937, in the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Nis from the Turks. It was made of black marble and presents the period of wars for liberation waged against the Turks, Bulgarians and Germans. At the top of the monument there is a horseman, holding the liberty banner with the initials SSSS.
