1.When you read the bus number,it's same as reading the number if it is one or two numbers but should add the word 路(lu4) after the number,such as No.6 read as liu4 lu4,No.57 read as wu3shi2qi1 lu4.But if the number is made of three numbers such as 375,you should just read it one by one,san3qi1wu3 lu4,not san1bai3qi1shi2wu3 lu4.
2.It means Wang used his time to work at the weekend,but he didn't work at work day.
Try to find the structure"是....的" which means to emphasise the parts after "是".Here is to emphasise the time word "周末".
