How do you call cheese in Chinese? Is it 奶酪 or 干酪 ?

奶酪是用新鲜的牛奶或者羊奶经过一次或两次发酵制成。由于还含有大约一半的水分，因此很不容易存放。
而干酪经过多次发酵，使水分变的很少，更容易存放。
