I see on instagram tags like #신남 주의, #사랑 주의, #멋진 주의, #겁나 이쁨 주의

When it's separated with previous word with a space like in your examples, it means caution.
#겁나 이쁨 주의= #Caution: Super pretty
However, if it's merged with the previous word, it becomes -ism. 인상주의=impressionism
