第三句的语法很正确，但第一句改为“你可以流利地说汉语”，第二句改为“你的汉语很流利”，这样更好。意思都是差不多的，都是“你的汉语非常好”的意思。

第一句会有点说教的语气在话里，第二第三句就可以用来夸赞人，语气比较绵柔，第三句也可以改成“你汉语说得很流利”。

2和3意思是差不多的，较常用，夸奖别人的。1不建议使用。
